Lesley and her family wanted to bring this fame back to the town, using her extensive collection of handwritten, historical recipes, so Horsham Gingerbread was born.
Today, the delicious gluten free biscuits are baked in small batches at a family-run bakery near Chichester, with the best local ingredients, ensuring that you get a tasty treat every time!
